दीप्तोज्ज्वलज्ज्वलितपिङ्गललोचनाय ।
नागेन्द्रहारकृतकुण्डलभूषणाय
ब्रह्मेन्द्रविष्णुवरदाय नमः शिवाय ॥१॥
दीप्तोज्ज्वलज्ज्वलितपिङ्गललोचनाय ।

Transliteration
Tasmai Namah Parama-Kaaranna-Kaarannaaya Diipto[a-U]jjvalaj-Jvalita-Pinggala-Locanaaya | Naage[a-I]ndra-Haara-Krta-Kunnddala-Bhuussannaaya Brahme[a-I]ndra-Vissnnu-Vara-Daaya Namah Shivaaya ||1||
Meaning: Salutations to Him, the cause of the ultimate cause, whose tawny eyes blaze brightly. Who wears the king of snakes as a necklace and earrings, the bestower of boons to Brahma, Indra, and Vishnu. Salutations to Shiva!
